Grill: 1–2 minutes. Dampen with water. Place in a pre-heated grill on medium heat. Turn halfway through cooking.
Microwave: 30 seconds. Dampen both sides lightly with water. Heat on Category E, 850w.
Oven: 3–4 minutes. Dampen with water. Place in an oven pre-heated to 200˚C/400˚F. Turn halfway through cooking

Store in a cool dry place. Once open/defrosted consume within 24 hours. Freeze on the day of purchase and consume within 3 months. Defrost thoroughly and heat as per instructions. Once thawed do not re-freeze.
